We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. If you prefer to use a check or money order, your order must be submitted through the mail. All orders are prepaid as we do not bill or ship COD. Placing your order ONLINE at this site
Thank you for stopping by Honeycreek Nurseries! We are happy to help you with your gardening needs and even though the internet can be a daunting place to shop, be assured that our website is safe and secure. Our customers enjoy the convenience and peace of mind of a SECURED shopping environment to view hundreds of products. Honeycreek Nurseries is designed as a full service shopping site complete with pictures and descriptions of products.

To shop at Honeycreek Nurseries customers "drill down" to the product they would like to order through searches. Starting with a search based on a product category (which is located in the upper left hand column), 1 cent sales items, a specific item search that is entered in the search field, or the unique "Plants By Type" search option, you locate the individual plants and supplies.

As a result of a search or category request, a product listing is displayed. From the product listing additional information, pricing can be seen by clicking on the product name.

From this product detail screen you should be able to click the "Add to Cart" button next to the quantity you desire. You will now see your shopping cart. Buttons under the shopping cart offer the options of check out or continue shopping. You may also remove items from your shopping cart from this screen. Continue adding items in this manner until all items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart.

When you have finished shopping and have clicked on the 'check out' button from a shopping cart you will see a personal information page. This personal information page includes your billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email, any special instructions you feel are necessary and the billing information. Please fill out this page completely. For the shipping address, use the address where you receive your mail. (If for some reason you are returned to this page a second time, typically as a result of continued shopping or incomplete information, most of the information will be filled out for you, however some information will not auto-fill on this page so check every line carefully.)

The coupon field on this page is for entering the coupon number for any special promotions that you received through email newsletter or suppliers catalogs. This area is not to be used to redeem merchandise credit certificates. Merchandise credit certificates cannot be redeemed online and an order using them must be mailed in.

Once the personal information page is completely filled out, and you press the 'submit' button at the bottom, you will be presented with a "review receipt." YOUR TRANSACTION IS NOT YET FINAL - The receipt will not have an order number in the top right corner yet.

Please review the receipt for accuracy. Make sure your name and address are correct including spelling and zip code. Your free gifts, products you ordered, and shipping policy information should be seen on this receipt. In addition, your order is totaled on this review receipt. However, there is not an order number assigned to your order yet.

At the bottom of the review receipt is a button to confirm your order. Click on "PURCHASE". When you click on this button, you will be presented with a final receipt. THIS IS YOUR FINAL ORDER. The receipt will have an order number in the top right corner and a thank message indicating that your order has been received for processing will be displayed at the top. Please print a copy of this page for your records. This is the only confirmation you receive of your order. We do not send out an additional email confirming the order.

If you experience difficulty during this process, loose your internet connection or wonder if your order was received, please read the section on Did you receive my order? before re-entering your order.

Through the mail

When wishing to mail us an order suggest that you browse our site and put items into a shopping cart as if you are shopping online. When you are finished shopping, proceed through the checkout process until you reach the review order page (You will be asked to enter your name and address information, but not your credit card information before you see this page). Your order on Honeycreeknurseries.com is not final until after you enter your credit card number and confirm the order again -- so don't worry about duplicate orders. If your order looks correct, we suggest printing this order review page. The printed order review page can be mailed to Honeycreek Nurseries for processing. The order review page should contain the correct shipping information that we need to process your order. Please include with your mailed order the correct payment, if you are purchasing with a credit card, write the type of card (VISA or MASTERCARD), the card number and the expiration date on the order review printed page. Please also provide your signature on the page.
