Honeycreek Nurseries is designed as a full service shopping site complete with pictures and descriptions of products.
To shop at Honeycreek Nurseries, customers "drill down" to the product they would like to order through searches. Starting with a search based on a product category (which is located in the upper left hand column), 1 cent sales items, a specific item search that is entered in the search field, or the unique "Plants By Type" search option, you locate the individual plants and supplies.
As a result of a search or category request, a product listing is displayed. From the product listing, additional information, such as pricing can be seen by clicking on the product name.
From this product detail screen you are able to click the "Add to Cart" or "Add" button next to the quantity you desire. You will now see your shopping cart. At this point you may either continue to search for other items to add to your cart, click on the "Begin Checkout" button to finalize your order, or you may also remove items from your shopping cart from this screen. Continue adding items in this manner until all items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping and have clicked on the "Begin Checkout" button from your shopping cart you will see our weekly specials. These are items that are on sale for a limited time. To purchase any of these items simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. When ready, click on the "Continue Check Out" button.
The next page that appears requires your personal information. This personal information page includes your billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email, any special instructions you feel are necessary and the billing information. Please fill out this page completely. We ship via multiple carriers as well as U.S. Mail, so please provide your complete address as well as PO Box if applicable so delivery carriers can locate you. If you are returned to this page a second time, it is typically a result of either continued shopping or incomplete information. Most of the information will be filled out for you, however some information will not auto-fill on this page so check every line carefully.
Merchandise credit certificates cannot be redeemed online; any order you wish to place using a certificate must be mailed in.
Once the personal information page is completely filled out, and you press the "Preview Order" button at the bottom, you will be presented with a "Order Review". YOUR TRANSACTION IS NOT YET FINAL - The review will not have an order number in the top right corner.
Please look over the 'Preview Order' page for accuracy. Make sure your name and address are correct including spelling and zip code. The items you have selected, free gifts you have earned, shipping policy information, and order total are all on this page to be reviewed. However, your order is not yet final.
Once you have reviewed your order, click on "Enter Final Payment Info" to continue. Enter your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card information including expiration date. Once entered, click on the "Finalize Order" button.
When you click on this button, you will be presented with a final receipt. THIS IS YOUR FINAL ORDER. The receipt will have an order number in the top right corner and a thank you message, indicating that your order has been received for processing, will be displayed at the top. Please print a copy of this page for your records. In addition, a copy of the receipt will be emailed to the address provided.
